Style Market / ArtWalk 6/13/15
For the longest time i’ve been wanting to visit the StyleMarket in Miami, Fl’s Wynwood’s Artwalk!
“Wynwood’s coolest outdoor market featuring local designers, artists, vintage, handmade foods & more!!”
I had to tell myself more than once to reign it in. Haha, SO MANY BEAUTIFUL PIECES! I wanted EVERYTHING! So many AWESOME local vendors, with custom jewelry clothing and some pretty freakin’ cute teapot lamps!
My first stop was at Grain of Sand by Aneth! I got a chance to Meet Aneth and get a little info on her amazing brand. “Grain of Sand by Aneth , was born two years ago in Miami, Florida. The name is just a small representation of who I am, and was inspired by a pearl which starts with a grain of sand. The grain infiltrates a shell and the nacre starts revolving on the grain until a pearl is formed. We are all unique and beautiful, just like this starting grain of sand. All my creations are made out of natural semiprecious stones and with the highest quality of gold filled chains. My inspiration comes from all the women in our city, Miami. It is such a melting-pot of nationalities, making it a huge inspiration when it’s time to create. Nature also plays an essential role in my creations. As a firm believer in God, I know His love is reflected in nature’s beauty: the oceans, mountains, and skies. The amazing colors, shapes, textures, and balanced interactions are all present in my pieces. Every single piece is made by me, so my love and passion for what I do are clearly portrayed as a unique seal of greatness.”
SO PRETTY and PERFECT for summer! If i could have just wrapped up the entire table I would have. On top of her pieces being beautiful She and her Husband were SUCH nice people! Their love , support and passion for these hand crafted beauties was not lost on me. They were inspiring.
I also snagged this beautiful custom Bracelet from Calypso Island Jewelry~ She had beautiful charms and bracelets out so you could customize your piece, and she did it FAST on the spot.
I fell in love with this Larimar and Sterling silver ring from The Biscayne Silver Co. When i say i fell in love, i mean i tried it on in the beginning of my walk through Artwalk and couldn’t stop thinking about it the entire time. I HAD to go back for it. I couldn’t leave it there, all lonely among the other orphan rings. After stretching my budget for bracelets at Stylemarket, i struggled with buying this piece, but my husband insisted we give it a home on my finger. I couldn’t stop looking at it.
Other Vendors there were (Follow them on InstaGram for more photos of their awesome pieces!) Top Left: D3adstockave, Top Right: LooseNooseShackles_n_Chains, Bottom Left: Calypsosisland
